1. Delivery Options
Customers can choose one of the delivery options displayed at checkout:
- Postage: RM15 per plant.
- Pick Up – Bukit Jelutong: self-collection from Bukit Jelutong. Pickup details and timing will be arranged after the order is placed.
2. Postage Charges
The standard postage charge is RM15 for each plant. For example, two plants will normally be charged RM30 for postage. The final amount shown at checkout will apply.
3. Live Plant Shipping Risk
Live plants may experience stress or damage during delivery, including leaf damage, breakage, drooping, yellowing, dehydration, cosmetic marks or deterioration.
Fatina Plants is not responsible for damage or deterioration caused during courier transit or courier handling.
4. Packaging and Dispatch
Fatina Plants will prepare and pack plants with reasonable care before dispatch. Once the parcel has been handed to the courier, handling, delays and transit conditions are outside our direct control.
5. No Returns or Refunds
Because the products are live plants, all sales are final. Returns, exchanges and refunds are not accepted for change of mind, shipping damage, courier handling or normal plant stress after transit.

6. Pick Up – Bukit Jelutong
Customers who prefer to avoid courier-related shipping risks may choose pickup at Bukit Jelutong where available.
Please wait for confirmation of the pickup arrangement before travelling to collect your order.
7. Customer Delivery Details
Please ensure your name, phone number and delivery address are complete and accurate. Additional costs or delivery issues caused by an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt or non-collection are the customer's responsibility where applicable.
8. Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Malaysian law.
