Monstera Mint
Monstera Mint is a variegated form of Monstera deliciosa valued for its attractive mint-green to creamy variegation across large, fenestrated leaves. The variegation on this specimen ranges from light green marbling and patches to more defined markings, creating variation from leaf to leaf.
This #1 specimen has a good spread of mature foliage, with several well-fenestrated leaves showing different patterns of variegation. The combination of large leaves, natural fenestrations and contrasting green tones gives it a strong presence as a standalone plant.
It can be grown as a feature plant indoors or in a sheltered outdoor area. With suitable support, Monstera can continue to climb and produce increasingly larger leaves as it matures.
Plant Care
- Light: Bright indirect light or filtered sunlight
- Water: Allow the top 2–3 cm of the growing medium to dry before watering again
- Soil: Use a loose, airy and well-draining aroid mix
- Humidity: 60% or higher is recommended
- Airflow: Good airflow is recommended
- Temperature: Warm conditions around 20–30°C are suitable
- Support: A moss pole or other sturdy support can be provided as the plant develops
- Rain: Protect from prolonged heavy rain and constantly wet conditions
